Smoking regulations: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments.

• Bed linen and towels will be changed every 3 days.
If you want your apartment to be cleaned, please, contact the reception one day before. Cleaning will be strictly done from 8:00-12:00.
• The A/C system does NOT work if any windows or doors are open.

Payment for the stay is made at Check In. In case of no prompt settlement of the account, the Hotelier has the right to refuse the rental of the apartment, and to withhold from the debtor-client the amount of the money he has paid in advance.

**Check-out after 11:00 entails a charge of 50% of the room price.

***In case you decide to shorten your booking during your stay:
You will be charged 100% of the canceled days if the cancellation is made 2 days before departure.
For cancellation of more than 2 days you will be charged 50% of canceled days.
(Exceptions are online reservations, for which a different cancellation policy has been agreed upon)

Pets are strictly prohibited in the apartments

• Sunbeds and umbrellas are numbered to each room separately.
• External guests are not allowed in the apartments. Visitors are allowed only on the beach bar area.

Any consumption at the Beach bar or Mini market is paid exclusively to the respective business on the same day.
